PRICING

All items for sale on are First Quality, new and unused.  We are the online division of Knit One Needlepoint Too, a Brick and Mortar store in New York, and charge a fair price for the goods and services you purchase from us.   Our canvases, threads and books are discounted at 15% off.  We do not mark up the price of in-stock items, so you may receive an even larger discount on older inventory. If something has to be ordered, the price is subject to change without notice.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
We pride ourselves in service and customer satisfaction is most important.  Our loyal customers will tell you that we do our best to fill their orders in a prompt manner.  Your order will be shipped at a reduced shipping price with no handling charges.  We carefully package, track and insure (at add'l charge) your purchase in a timely manner.   If you do not receive your package in a reasonable time, please contact us and we will track it for you.  Please note that Priority Mail does not require a signature.  Let us know when you check out if your delivery address is "outside".  If the driver leaves the package outside your door, it is considered delivered.  Priority mail provides you with $50 insurance.  If you need more, please indicate this at your shipping option at checkout.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to copyright laws, we are unable to accept the return of a canvas, book or stitch guide.
Threads can be returned for store credit only.  Many other items may be on sale or clearance and have additional price reductions.  These are final sale also. All other items are returnable for store credit only in brand new condition only within thirty days of receipt.  No pets, no smoke.  You must include your original receipt. Canceled orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please refer to our Return Policy at check-out and click the box to indicate your acceptance of the terms.

AVAILABILITY
